Website: outpatient counseling for individuals, couples, families, or groups. Also provides psychiatric evaluations, pharmacological management, a community support program for adults with a mental illness diagnosis, as well as case/care management. Transitional living program provides residential mental health services that are centered on helping individuals prepare to live as independently as possible. Individuals learn to manage illnesses, gain life skills necessary to take care of daily needs, and develop skills for finding and maintaining employment. At the end of the program, individuals are assisted in finding permanent housing and employment in the community.
Eligibility Criteria: Transitional living program limited to Adults experiencing serious mental illness. Other services have no restrictions.
