Website: screenings, assessments, case management, and therapy available in person, on the phone, or through video teleconferencing. Individual, group, and family therapy is provided and is also available for ages 5 and up. Clinicians are available to triage and assist with urgent and crisis situations during business hours, including connecting clients to emergency services when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria: Ages 5 and up
Insurance: Offers payment contracts for people who cannot pay balance within 120 days. Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance accepted. Offers a sliding discount for certain medical services within clinics in the Togiak Sub-Region (Togiak, Manokotak, Twin Hills, Goodnews and Platinum) or the Southern Region Sub-Region (Chignik Bay, Chignik Lagoon, Chignik Lake, and Perryville), and Kanakanak regions. If you have been referred by a health provider to another health care facility outside the sub-regions, then your discount will not be applicable.
